Commission for Community Portraits from Manchester-based Independent Community Advisors, FSquared Ltd.

While Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (MBC) was at an important stage in the development of individual masterplans for three of its housing estates they commissioned FSquared as an Independent Community Advisor (ICA) to undertake community development work with residents and stakeholders prior to and during the masterplanning contract.  These portraits and a film was my commission to document the experience of Sandwell community members while taking part in the development of the master planning contracts.
